All international and domestic shipment pricing is based upon weight.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES WHICH IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
 
Order Processing
Upon placing your order, your package will be shipped within 1-3 business days for orders placed Monday – Friday and 2-4 business days for orders placed Saturday and Sunday. Standard US Shipping will generally take 4-14 days, Feel free to contact us at anytime with your questions. After orders are placed tracking information will be provided to you in a separate email once your package is in transit. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Return Policy

Returns must be made within 14 days of the shipment being received. Items being returned must be 100% complete, in original & resalable condition, with all original tags (unworn and unwashed). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements. Any unwanted item returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee (15% for International Orders).

Currently we are not able to offer exchanges for items. If the item does not fit, it can be returned, and a new order placed for the proper size. In a situation where there is a defect in your item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment by e-mail and we will be happy to assist you.

NOTE: Sale items are excluded. All sales on sale items are final.

 Domestic Orders (US)

(free domestic shipping) after orders are placed tracking information will be provided to you in a separate email once your package is in transit.

International Orders

International orders will be processed, packaged & shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the order. International orders and shipped items will be include with tracking information, which will be provided to you in a separate email once your package is in transit.

Please Note: Customs can legally hold packages as long as they feel necessary, and in rare circumstances can delay delivery up to 6 weeks. Additionally, customs will impose taxes & duties on the shipment.

THRU SUPPLY cannot be held responsible for any taxes & duties incurred on the shipment. Returned packages, as a result of a refusal to pay taxes & duties or abandonment of the shipment will be subject to a non-refundable order.

Any International package that is not retrieved from customs and sent back to us will incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. Packages not retrieved are either shipped back to us, or abandoned. Again, please see above on the terms for abandoned packages.

 

Out of stock items will be canceled & omitted from the shipment during processing and a new invoice will be emailed reflecting the adjusted order amount.

THRU SUPPLY cannot be held responsible for any lost packages that are shown to be “delivered” by USPS or UPS.

Orders received after 3:00 PM may not be processed until the following business day.

The Shipping Department is closed on Saturday & Sunday, and orders placed on those days will not be processed until Monday.
